Application Process

When you submit a funding application, you represent and warrant that:

• You will promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or incomplete
• You understand that false or misleading information may result in denial or termination

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or funding. We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation during the underwriting process.

SMS Terms & Conditions

SMS Opt-In Program

If you choose to opt in to our SMS program, the following terms apply:

• Consent: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Bluestone Funding Group LLC at the number provided.
• Automatic Telephone Dialing System: You acknowledge and agree that text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Your consent to receive such messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
• Types of Messages: Messages may include but are not limited to: application status updates, funding notifications, account information, promotional offers, and service announcements.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and our communications schedule. You may receive multiple messages per week during active funding applications.
• Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. Please contact your carrier for pricing details.
• Opt-Out / STOP: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent to your number.
• Help / Support: For help or more information, reply HELP to any message or contact us at jack@bluestonefundinggroup.com.
• Privacy: We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Your mobile information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Carrier Disclaimer

We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier network availability and transmission limitations.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is available for the following carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and other major carriers. If you are unsure whether your carrier is supported, please contact us.

Fees and Pricing

All funding terms, including interest rates, fees, and repayment schedules, will be clearly disclosed to you before you accept any funding offer. You are under no obligation to accept funding even after approval.

We do not charge application fees. However, approved funding may include origination fees, processing fees, or other charges that will be clearly outlined in your funding agreement.

Repayment Terms

If you accept a funding offer, you agree to repay the amount funded according to the terms specified in your funding agreement. Repayment terms vary depending on the type of financing and will include:

• Total amount to be repaid
• Payment schedule and frequency
• Payment method and authorization
• Prepayment options (if applicable)
• Default and late payment terms
